Can you tell me what has happened on American idol this week as we don't get to see the show in the UK until Friday night..

Sure, Latin week, Jennifer Lopez helped them out.
Melinda sang first "Sway" Randy thought it was ok, Paula, ok, Simon, not really.
LaKeisha sang "The Conga" (gloria estefan) did well looked great but judges weren't too impressed
Chris sang "Smooth" did well, I found background was too loud
Haley sang "?" can't remember but she was in shorts and heels and looked well as Simon said figured that was all she'd get voted for.
Phil sang "Maria Maria" not bad, but lacked that Latin uumph!
Jordin sang a really fun song, did great but Simon was on this Karaokee thing, but they thought it was okay, not getting better tonight.
Blake sang a great choice for him they figured, did well, best choice of song, it was ? by Marc Anthony, he at least tried to be a little Latinish
Sanjaya, sat on a stool and sang a Latin love song, he did well, probably his best yet, but still...... and his hair was all greasy and short and curly, and he kept trying to "make eyes at the camera".
Thats about the some of it....I don't think Simon likes Latin music and actually I feel most of the contestants were well
average, they had a hard time getting into that whole latin feel.

Tonight was Latin Night and every one got to meet J-Lo. We wont know until tomorrow night who gets the boot, i'm thinking Haylie ( or how ever you spell it). She wasn't that great and like Simon said it ain't all about sex (its the voice that matters).

It was clown night. They all had to dress up and perform as clowns. They all did very well but the winner was the one that had the biggest ace in their sleeve.
