The Bull and the Fish?

He never tells me how he feels about me or the outright truth, even when he does confess to something it’s a cryptic; usually a blatant lie and leaves me bewildered…he makes steam blow out of my ears! EXAMPLE: I asked him what his feelings were about me, after months of flirting, and he said because he knew I was going away (I’m going home soon), he swept all his emotions about me under the rug.”
BUT, he kissed me!! Months after this supposed suppressions took place!
I would’ve accepted this as a refusal and moved on, but his actions afterwards are contradictory.
Ordinarily, when you don’t feel for someone you avoid him or her or keep things impersonal, but he keeps flirting with me and dropping hints!
He's a Pisces male, introverted, strange, arrogant, secretive, proud and even at times unemotional.
I'm a Taurus female, stubborn, outspoken, passionate, artistic, friendly, extroverted.

I think you feel something for him or you woudln't be feeling so bewildered by his behaviour. I think he feels something for you because he flirts with you and drops hints. Pisces and Taurus are compatible signs and there is probably a connection there and this is emotional or spiritual. Something about him keeps you interested and curious.
Pisces is an emotional sign and maybe if he is coming over as being arrogant it's because he's actually unsure of himself. He might seem unemotional but I think he is hiding his feelings. Maybe he's trying to be cautious or he thinks he's going to get hurt but he can't help keep coming back to you. He might be more emotionally vulnerable than he looks.
You are loyal and careful in nature. You say you're more sociable than him and when your extrovert and his introvert qualities are combined, this could lead to a romantic, fun-loving and exciting relationship. If it ever gets off the ground! He likes you but is afraid of being hurt. Adding the fact that you are going away( im guesssing for the summer?) he feels like he shouldnt put himself out there.
