When a bowler has to take guard and bowl as the guard says that right or left arm over or round he cant possibly change mid way through the run up, But the batsman changes to a left hand position after the ball is bowled and it is called reverse sweep actually I feel that when he does that the bowler is let down by the rules Do you guys agree?

Really it is the batsman's job to read the bowler's delivery and decide upon the best way to score runs and avoid being out from it. If the batsman is able to play a reverse sweep shot and does it successfully, I would say that is perfectly fair as the batsman is simply playing the game.

Generally speaking, the Laws always favour the batsmen, which is why batsmen are able to take 5 or more runs an over but bowlers generally find it difficult to take 5 or more wickets an over.

I do actually think this is fair...
One of the main reasons the bowler can't change sides during delivery is because of the need for a side screen...
As for the batter, he can go about hitting the ball in pretty much any manner he wants.

Obviously not i think you are going wrong in your view. The bowler takes the guard at his own will and its his plus point. He does opt for the guard which he is weak in............

No, it is not at all unfair. Batsman can score run in whatever way he wants.
