It is wonderful that despite the fact that you come from a poor family, you were able to earn a diploma in information technology. However, you are now an educated person and are expected to look for your own jobs, or to use normal job search techniques, and it is unlikely that a prominent person would interrupt his or her duties to find you a job!

When you say that you are a poor Kenyan, it isn't clear if you are looking to speak to the president of Kenya about a job there, or whether you are in the United States (or some other country) and want that president to help you. In either case, the job of President is not to deal with individuals, but to make decisions which affect large numbers of people at a time.

Unfortunately, information technology jobs have been harder to get in recent years. Have you looked for other sorts of jobs as well?

You don't speak to the President on this. Go to the Labour Ministry instead.

You can't reach the president. You should get in touch with the immigration and naturalization service of the U.S.
