If you was a person who framed pictures and some one bought in huge drawings and you was sappose to be doing your job by framing there pictures but instead you sold there pictures for money would that be a crime and could you get in seriouse trouble with the law?

There is absolutely no way this could be considered NOT a crime... seriously.

And if for some reason you manage to not get arrested/sued, be ready to lose your job at the very least...

well theu could take you to court and you would have to pay for a duplicate picture or replace or recover the old on.. Hopefully its not an original!! Yes thats considered stealing because how can one sell something that didnt belong to them in the first place??? Thats like if I stole a ring on a counter top and took it to a pawn shop for cash even though it isnt mine.. that would be really wrong. That possible could get you wound up in court.

You bet you could!!! That is felony, prison time serious. That is someones property, not your property. Don't even think about trying it.

Perhaps even more important would be how much you would hurt the person whose property you stole. How would you feel if someone did that to you?
