duh, either you kill him, which is unlawful in the first place, than eat him, like a precious answer, it is desicration of the human body to eat it or if you so happened to find a dead person, i am almost positive there are canabalism laws and that is also desicration. and it is also discusting to even think about. shoot i dont even eat bread with caesin.well, if your on a deserted island and the guy was a dumbass and no one found out, and it was for survival reasons, it would be okay

there are/were laws for sailors lost at sea. You have to draw straws and some other technicalities like not wasting it or something. In the USA there are enough bugs and trash or just fruit in supermarkets and raw meat if you're really hungry. stand in the aisle and eat it. you'll be full before the cops come.

Cannibalism is an unlawful act because it disgraces the body of a person which constitutes as moral defamation under the Penal Law.

How far are you willing to starve yourself? Think...
If you stranded on a remote island, with one other person, for the same amount of time, and are both starving, eventually you may want to eat one another... But the truth is, when you're weak and haven't eaten or drank enough water, your body starts to fall apart... think about it, why would you eat something that's decaying just as bad as you are? I would rather not get a decease from my fellow stranded friend, then eat him/her...
But I do hear that cannibalism is legal in Germany!

Well it depends on if they're dead or alive.
There might be some kind of law about it, but I'm sure you can get around it if you're really craving human.

Good question.
I have often said we could help world hunger by eating all the animals that dont have homes.
Recently deceased humans could enter into that equation.
How serious am I u ask?
Personally, I wouldn't. But how could one not think it?
