I personally believe it is up to you. Well, unless you're a horrible person.. but generally you can either be with family who passed on before (or after) you, or come back as someone else.
Time has no meaning..I think..after death.

Some people stay here on earth mostly in homes, other people go to a paradise, and other people go to a really bad dark place - My personal opinion after hearing different stories.

If you have accepted Jesus as your personal savior you get your sins forgiven by Jesus Christ, he took our place when he died on the cross, he carried our burden for us, and anyone, no matter what they have done can be saved
and the day you die, if you have accepted Jesus as your savior, you will be with him immediately
if you deny Jesus until death, you will go to hell, no matter how good of a person you were, it is not by acts, but by the grace of God that we are saved

I'm Buddhist and I'm supposedly to believe in Recarnation but I don't. I just believe when your life ends that's it. You got one life, maybe you found the one love, and one chance to live it.

I don't know what to believe, there are a lot of things that could happen and we don't truly know until we die.

I feel your breath (or soul) goes back to God...your creator...I feel like the dead know nothing...we will return to dust...in the coffin...I believe Jesus is coming back to earth...and when He does...we will be raised up...and join Him in the sky....and live in Heaven...and be blissfully happy. That's my take on it.

about a month after my son died i was sitting outside just crying and begging god and my son to somehow assure me that matt was in heaven and that he was okay . i got my sign , i wont bother you with details , but heaven does exsist and i hope we all go there when we die ........ god bless

Our souls travel to it's designated place to live eternal life. lt could be heaven or hell or purgatory.
