Sometimes when my husband and I have sex in certain positions, I get a shooting pains deep in my pelvic region. It sort of feels like a really painful stitch. Does anyone else suffer with this or know why it might occur?

Umm yes actually i asked a similar question just the other day. I got many responses. It can be from stress, or you may need to go see a doctor. Look on my questions and see what I chose for my best answer. Ur hubby could also just be hitting your cervix, but you should still go get it checked out.

Lots of women find certain sexual positions painful.
There are 2 causes.
1. is just that your husband is hitting an overly sensitive spot.
2. Endometriosis. This is where the lining of the Uterous grows outside the Uterous. Symptoms include a very painful period and pain during sex (in certain positions). Endometriosis is not going to kill you, but can lead to infertifily. But it is very difficult to diagnose.
