Do you usually have remorse after you blow your stack?

You flash and get mad and rip everyone within earshot apart. Do you feel bad later on? Do you ever apologize?

Yes I do. I don't blow my stack very often,but when I do......the Irish/native american temper FLYS. I do end up saying things that I shouldn't have said. After it's said and done,I do feel remorse and I always apologise.

Yes, I feel very bad and always have remorse after that.
I don't know why I cry each time I come to aplogize, I try not to but I can't hold myself.

I'm not the "blow your stack" kind of person...but If I do go over the top (which is rare) I
'm not beyond apologizing

Yes. I feel very bad right now. I apologized but he wouldn't accept. I wish I could control myself better.

I definitely feel badly. I apologize right away. They may not accept it but I give it. ( And then I hold on to the guilt for years.)

Yes!!!! I try not to let things get to that point. It's not worth it in the long run to let yourself get that mad. You are only hurting yourself not the person you were lashing out at.

I always get all depressed whenever I "accidentally" break my smoke stacks with my unibrow, it makes me wanna go lick some electrical outlets

Unfortunately, yeah ! That's why I always remind myself to count and sing whenever I'm angry! Sometimes, we are rude to our own family members; altho' we don't mean to. We treat them shabbily and harsh than other people.

As long as it stops at the stack,I have kept my values moral and integrity....in check,so I have really blown nothing at all.
