A whole house humidifier installed on the furnace system does a great job.
You can also buy room sized humidifiers for the bedroom. They will help. If money is a problem, simply put pans of water in the bedroom.

A humidifier. You can get cheap ones at Target or Walmart. Have it in the bedroom at night when you sleep. Night air is normally more dry than day air. That will help a great deal.

If you have forced air furnace you can add a humidifier to it. It will add moisture to the air. I have heard of people putting a pan of water under the bed. Boiling water on the stove, and putting a pan of water on the radiator too.

If you don;t have a humidifier or a vaporizer - try filling your bathtub with water and letting it evaporate naturally. That will help some.

Use a humidifier. Or, one of those Vick's Vapor Rub wall plug-ins might work, too.
