is it like calcium build up maybe? should i get some clr or somethin....need a quick home remedy cuz its loud!

I would think the solenoid has calcium build up and that is why its squeaking. Try replacing or cleaning it out.

It's probably making that noise because the pump is getting ready to go. Time call a repair man or replace the unit.

You might try shutting off the water, disconnecting the hoses and checking to see if the screens are clogged.
