No, they do bite if provoked though, (eventually) but its not a toxic bite. Daddy longlegs are those spiders with tiny round bodies and really long, thin legs and are usually found in loose webs on walls near the ceiling in bathrooms/ lounges, they are everywhere. One of the most toxic spider bites is from The Sydney Funnel Web spider, they are aggressive in mating season, and will often rear up with their fangs bared when observed by someone (very scary!)
