False.
The Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, also known as the Hitler-Stalin Pact or German-Soviet Non-aggression Pact or Nazi-Soviet Pact and formally known as the Treaty of Non-aggression between Germany and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, was a non-aggression treaty between the German Third Reich and the Soviet Union.
None of the answers is correct.
France surrendered to Germany.
General Pretelat, commanding the French Second Army group, was forced to surrender on 22 June. However, the French formally surrendered to the Germans on 25 Jun, 1940 in Compiègne, France.

1. False--it was a non-aggresion treaty--the Soviets did not agree to try and rule Europe
2. Trick question. Neither the Soviet Union nor Great Britain ever surrendered to Germany, and Warsaw (capital of Poland) surrendered in 1939, not too long after being overrun by Germany.

First question, False. The pact between those nations was a "non-aggression" pact. All they aggreed was to not attack each other. But it wasn't honored for long.
Second question, none of them. Poland was conquered on the fall of 1939 already, and the other two never surrendered. France however did surrender to Germany in the summer of 1940.

!. False The pact was meant to ensure that Germany would not invade Russia and Russia would give Germany permission to pass through some of its territory to get to other territry.
2. Poland I believe although later on the Soviet Union was on the verge of surrender after Germany violated the terms of the pact and invaded Russia.

My understanding is that it was a non-aggression pact that Hitler made up to insure Russia would not interfere with the invasion of Western Europe and in return he would not invade Russia, so he said!
The answer to your second questiopn has to be Poland sense the other two never surrendered.
