The word trouble. What do you mean by it? Who is it you would be in trouble with? Cops? Parents? The farmer down the road? your gf? Should be more specific.
I can see 4 /5 violations that you could get tickets for, from what you say. Since you seem to know something stupid was done in both cases, better be ready for the increase in your insurance. And remember, the reason yours is as high as it is , is because of people like you in your age group.
Your luckywe are just talking hypothetically.

Just wanted to add something else... again, I think it depends on what you consider "trouble" to be, like in trouble with the law, or just if you end up having consequences. Besides possible trouble with the law, you can be pretty sure that an accident of that kind (meaning, even if no one else is invovled) is going to have an effect on your car insurance premium. In the States, of course, the number of points you have on your record influences how high a premium you pay, and accidents of all kinds, even ones that don't involve other drivers/cars or even ones that aren't your fault (!! yes... it's happened to me...) can mean points on your record and thus higher premiums...

not legal to drive while asleep so yes you can get in trouble. speeding is a crime as well and you are endangering others lives. so yes it is a crime as well even if noone gets hurt. its called reckless driving. you intentionally made the choice to speed and there are no gaurantees that noone would be there and since you brought those fines and bills on yourself it is not a punishment at all so you will need to be punished by the law.

even if nobody was hurt, you can damage public or private property, and it costs money to employ the EMT's and police officers who come to the scene--it has has to come from somewhere besides taxes, i guess.
you can also mess up the traffic flow and lead to more possible accidents even if your car isn't directly involved.
