Get involved in something that you really enjoy that does not require a second person. Yoga, pilates or maybe circus arts classes. Or if you're looking for something a little less physical start a project. Find out if there's a local band you like that need some help with their promotions or something like that.
Doing something like this will give you a sense of accomplishment and self satisfaction and feeling pleased with yourself is the first and most important step in mending your broken heart. Good luck.

If a guy broke it... Just look forward in life, someone much better will come along! Time heals everything, but a love from a new guy heals you faster! Just make sure he's the right one, and not a rebound guy!! I'm sorry for you sweets... hope your heart heals soon! â¥

Time is the greatest healer, but how you choose to use your "time" can help, too. For example, spend "time" with close friends that can be supportive of your moods and feelings. Spend time with family members that love and care about you. And, spend time deciding on what will make you happy again, and what you need to do to acieve it. Then spend some time DOING it.

Why is your heart broken? Ask another question, and maybe we can help you more. Maybe try to think about your family and friends..they love you.

Have a chat with a loved one...like a close girlfriend...or mom...or sister...a nice female that will have "girl talk" with you....also...there is a section on yahoo answers...(relationships)....that's where you can talk to people and ask questions that might be helpful to you...good luck...we've all been thru this...time is a healer...where one door closes...another one opens....cast your cares on the Lord...peace to you
