Do you usually go with your gut feeling?

To gain my trust is extremely hard,as of late.I have no problem being nice,but I don't trust. My guard is never down. I prefer to stay cautious.

I go with my gut feeling. I work with the public at two diff. jobs so I can't really be stand offish. I'm friendly, but cautious if that makes any sense.

I do not trust strangers at first...you just can't trust people. I try not to be stand offish, but I do try to be assertive and not submissive, all without being rude.

I trust strangers, and become stand offish later if I need to.
When I don't go with my first response I regret it.

i am stand offish, but polite, at first. but if i get a bad gut feeling, i go with that. they are rare, but never wrong.

I always go with the gut feeling. I TRUST few people. Trust, for me takes awhile. I am always friendly. :)
