I agree with "thatguy", I believe his answers are correct.

Neutrality is not allying yourself to any nation at war, thus you are neutral.

When it refers to the "dictators of Europe", though not actually dictators, I believe it's referring to Wilhelm II and Franz Joseph, emperors of Austria-Hungary and Germany, respectively. Other dictators, it could be argued, included Nicholas II, though he was part of the allies. And the Great Depression, well, no one was allied against or with anybody. There's a possibility this question could be the Spanish Civil War, because Hitler and Mussolini (both dictators) helped another dictator, Franco, in the civil war.

And Britain and France declared war on Germany in September, 1939, after it invaded Poland. Definitely not Czechoslovakia or Austria because of France and Britain's policy of appeasement, they were trying to achieve "peace for our time" (quote from British PM Chamberlain). Germany invaded the USSR after World War II had already begun, I believe this was in June, 1941.
