(I could not find info in the owner's guide.....and I did not receive oil as part of the accessory kit)

All sewing machines are oiled in the same spot. Every 15 hours, one drop in the hook race (where the bobbin sits) and one drop on the cylindar that sits under the face plate. It looks like the player part of a music box or player pinao, but it's smooth.

Oddly enough, their website does not include instruction manuals for their machines. At the point, the best thing to do is to send them an email and ask them. You may also be able to get a copy of the instructions for a small fee. Sorry I wasn't able to answer your question! Good Luck!

yes you need to oil your machine go to a fabric store they have the right oil for it. also make sure you clean out any material in the bobbin are and dust that collects there

maybe its a sealed system not needing oiling. call the sales representative, they should know.
