Well, if they don't get one signed, that may be all the military can
afford.
No matter how you look at it: If Bush vetos the current bill, he'll
be the one tagged as "not supporting the troops". The majority
of the American people want them to come back and his vetoing
the bill and then trying to keep them there will cause outright
