Even when someone gives me an answer that I don't super-agree with I don't give thumbs down, I guess because I'm pretty big on free speech. Haha! I do thumbs up all the time, though. What do you do?

Thumbs down if they are mean to me!!! I make a list of all the rude people and then late at night go on a thumbs down frenzy!!!!
JK. What does it matter on here? Most the people are jerks. Not you, your a good one.

I rarely do either. If the answer makes me think or laugh I give a thumbs up. I only give thumbs down to people being jerks. Last answer I gave thumbs down to was a guy who responded to a 12 yr old girls question about having a crush on a wrestler. His response "...go kill yourself!"

I thumbs up way more than I thumbs down. If the answer is really rude, unrelated & rude, or like the Wikipedia people, an unrelated rambling cut and paste, I do to save space. Usually I thumbs up only.

I thumb up all the time. I only thumb down a trolls answer, other than that, I would never thumb down someones opinion.

I do a little of both. I never thumbs down someone from my contacts though. I don't know why, I guess that's too personal. The thumbs are my way of speech.

Recently there's been Wikipedia Boy and Girl that flood a whole page with cut-and-paste nonsense, I thumb down just to minimize their post. I thumb down offensive trolls - enough thumb downs and the answer is removed. If someone says "free speech" allows them to say anything they want to me I reserve the right to punch them in the nose.

I only give thumbs down when a person is deliberately hurtful for no good reason. If you disagree, just say so. If you find the question offensive, say why.

only if its offensive or vulgar or doesn't relate to the question....you know...one of those people that just says the same thing all the time no matter what the question is just to get attention.
I don't really use the thumbs down on someone just because I think they're wrong.....it doesn't matter to me that much.
