Yes, a loan company. It was a case of stolen identity. They threatened to sue me. I did sue them, to the tune of $50,000, the amount of credit worthyness I lost from their refusal to clear my credit rating for 4 months after I'd already proved it was identity theft.

They lost, but I never saw any of the money because I never proved I'd actually 'lost' the money

uhh depends what you mean, like actually sueing someone or just joking around and ye simve done joking around but im only young eh? so i havnt gotten into that much trouble . . yet

Threats don't work.

Lawyers work and they charge too.
