Click on the TOOLS option in your browser, then select INTERNET OPTIONS, click on the PRIVACY tab. Where it says Pop Up Blocker, click SETTINGS and add the names of the game web site(s) you want to allow pop ups for (you can copy and paste them from your browser when the site is open, or type the URL manually). Make sure to click the ADD button after typing each site. Click APPLY at the bottom, and then OK. Close your browser, reopen it, and it should allow pop ups from that site.
If you are using a pop up blocker on a firewall program, internet security program, Google toolbar, or other program, just add the sites to the allow pop ups list (you may need to refer to the manufacturer's help to do this)

If you're using Internet explorer, follow these steps - Tools - Pop up blocker - Pop up blocker settings - Then add the site address to the list of websites where pop-ups should be allowed.

It's not a good idea to allow all pop-ups, but you can do it temporarily by holding down the Ctrl, Shift,Alt keys or the combination of those (The effectife combination depends on the browser you use) while clicking on a link that brings up the window you want
