It ran fine in the other truck, also at first I forgot to put in the oil semi unit. It rolled over fine then I put the oil semi unit in and then it blew out the carb like it was 180 off. I checked my plug wires routing twice it was fine. new cap and roter

Sounds like the carb is dumping excess fuel. Check fuel bowl floats, jets, etc. for foreign debris. The excess fuel being dumped is causing raw fuel in the manifold to ignite, causing a " blow out effect". Are you sure your distributor is set right? Check that as well. All it takes is 1 or 2 degrees to throw it all off.

Vacuum leak between the carburator, and intake manifold.

Or, you have the vacuum line plugged into the wrong vacuum port on the carburator to the distributor advancing the timing too soon, or at the wrong time.

pinch the vacuum hose or disconnect it and try it again.

ADDED: Or, you have an open vacuum port on the carburator sucking air and causing a too lean of a mixture.

ADDED #2 Maybe you bumped the distributor, and turned it just a little.

make sure the wires are going clockwise in the distriburator, 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 and you didn't cross any by mistake.
