i am a male running against 2 girls any advice would help. please help

Unfortunately, as you probably know it is little more than a popularity contest. The males are going to vote for the prettiest girl, and the females are going to vote for the one they like better.
If you are a member of a sports team, or in general have a hige group of friends, then you might have a chance. Otherwise, I'm sorry to say that you might not get elected.

High school elections are nothing more than popularity contests. I don't think anyone actually cares who wins they just pick the most popular person. Being in the student government does look good on a college application.. but seriously do they actually do anything? It's not like these kids actually have any power to change or do anything in the school. Heck I always made all my friends vote for something stupid like santa clause or gumby. Don't worry about it. Give your speech and if you win thats great, if not who cares it doesn't mean anything anyway.

Say that you are putting your name forward for consideration because of your desire to *serve* the Student Body. Be careful with what you say about being "deserving." You might want to avoid that kind of terminology. Say you have a strong desire and initiative to work hard as a faithful representative of the Student Body. You are enthusiastic about the opportunity to facilitate the hopes and concerns of the wider population in order to interpret the needs of the community to...whomever... I hope you get the point as to where I'm going with this.

Just prove to your schoolmates that you are responsible and you can handle the school problems. And best of all, pray.
