I think you can get into serious trouble like that. You shouldn't spy on people you know. If as I suspect it is a partner you are wanting to spy on, talk to them about your suspicions rather than trying to catch them in the act.

No. That would be a huge invasion of privacy.
The only time you would be able to do that is if you owned the network and computers on which the individual you wanted to monitor was working.
