If you have time to wait, you can go to the Texas chamber of commerce web site, and they will probably send you a full-sized state map for free. I have done this a few times when
I planned for trips.

mapquest.com or ebay if you need a physical one. you can also do a web search of texas, and if you can find it, the state of texas has a website that they can physically mail you not only a map, but also a bunch of brochures and a book about texas.
it's great, and free.

you can also try teacher resource websites, geography help. Many of these sites are for homework help so everything is easy to read. if you don't immediately find what you want then that site probably doesn't have it.
