I'm not sure exactly what your definition of ENITRE is. We all know he did like to split words. I would tend to say he did with one possible exception. If he had to have some sort of medical procedure and transfer power to Gore while he was under anasthesia then my answer would be he did not.

Yes although his ability to serve was greatly hampered by a witch hunt investigation and a BS impeachment where over $46,000,000 dollars of taxpayers money was spent to prove that two consenting adults had sex.
