About 5yrs passed and it just hit me to put my name on the deed of the house. Can anyone help me?

You'd need to put her estate through probate to get title changed to the heirs of the property.

In the state where I live, you cannot put yourself on title. What does her will or trust say? If it is in her will or trust that you are the one to inherit the property this will be enough for you to go to a title company and record an insured Deed that places you on title. I would, however, consult an attorney.
