I found the whole custody dispute to be mighty unseemly. It's amazing that all of those guys could potentially have been the dad.

Larry Birkhead proved to be not only a good person, but a good father, he faught for his child. I think he is happy because it is his baby. As for as the money, Birkhead does not get the money, the money goes into trust for the baby from her mother. Only thing Birkhead gets is his baby girl.

Larry Birkhead filed MONTHS ago to try to get custody of that kid(his kid) way before her mother and brother died. He just wanted access to his kid. He dated her mother, Anna Nicole for 2 years, TWO and this is fact, has been proven. He loved her and wanted his child. So now he has his child, she is out of the clutches of that scum bag wanna be attorney of her mothers and will be raised by a real person and won't be in Promises or Betty Ford at 14.

He's been wanting custody of her for awhile but was with-held from his daughter because of the entire Stern and Smith scam. She even fled to avoid the entire thing and had Stern sign the certificate.

I think he truely wants his daughter and that was before money became a motivating factor. Stern is about the $. IMO he killed her and the son -- the baby was next on his list.

I don't think Larry was after the money. He was asking for DNA test long I mean looooong before Anna Nicole Smith died. So I truly believe he was for his daughter. Now Stern and the others are for the money. Why would they just now say oh I am the father of Dannielynn. Who knows now, it's probably both, but I really believe it was all for his daughter.

He loved Anna. Would you ask this question if the baby were poor? As long as Anna's mother doesn't get the baby I'll be satisfied. Howard should not have her either because he kept Anna high on drugs all of the time, even while she was pregnant. Pray for the baby.

He was fighting for parental rights before she died. I think he knew that he was with her at the time she may have concieved and he has been out to find out if he was the father since then. He seems to be the only in it for the baby and not the money.

Probably a little of both. I was kind of pissed off that this story has dominated the news. I mean it seems like they withheld the information at the lab just so the media would have something to talk about. What did they have other than this. Alberto Gonzolez and those British sailors. Slow news year.

He seems like he really loves his little girl. He may never get money, but the baby's more important.

I think he genuinely is happy to get his kid. Besides, she doesn't have any real money, yet.
