Someone has been calling and hanging up they don't say anything they just call and hang up. Could I call the police and get them in trouble?

Do you have caller ID? Call the phone company and they can tell you exactly what to do. No one has the right to harass you.

As long as you didn't make a terroristic threat, there's not much anyone can do to you. No sence of humor is reacking across America, so what can I say? You sound like your just a fun kind of person so let it go man nothings gonna happen. You might not want to do again for a month but don't loose your sence of humor or you'll go MADDDD. E-mail me sometimes when you come off with a good one, I love your type, even if the prank was on me.

Yes, illegal. Enforcement is tricky, though, unless you can catch it on caller ID. Talk to your PD.
