It is said to be located in between the Venitician and Harrah's.
I am wondering about the rooms?
Clean, comfy?

I haven't stayed there, only spent time at the casino, but here are some reviews by travelers:

Most of the people said it was ok, if you don't mind possibly some noise, especially at the lower floors. The rooms were decent-sized and included coffee pots and fridges, which hotels on the strip never do. BUT there were a couple of complaints about rowdy types and a theft at the garage. Someone got his car broken into and all the luggage stolen. Then the hotel wouldn't respond at all to requests for help.
I think considering the great location, if you get a very good price, I'd give it a try. Just don't bring valuables.

We have never stayed there, but some friends of ours did and of course we checked out the room. The rooms are not all that large but they are fairly nice, clean and comfortable. They also have a full size refrigerator and a small safe.

The hotel only has 3 floors, so you will not have a long wait for the elevator. The Casino Royale does have a nice location, if that's what you're looking for.

"Galaxi" gave you trip advisor which is a very good site for hotel reviews. You might take a look at this one to see what they have to say.
