I think they might actually have a chance to become fully industrialized. It might also give the people a chance to take down their corrupt governments. With just one evil force there and not 20, they might have a chance.

Hmmm, capitalism as the evil in the world. That's very socialist.

Take from those who have and give to those who don't.

What an idea!

At the same time, you might be right in one way. We should pull all money out of any nation that supports terrorism. They don't need money.

Money bad. Doing things that damage their economy and make them hate the United States, good.

Silly.

Doubtful. "Big imperialistic Corporations" tend to steer clear of the worst 3rd world countries. The risk is too high of losing the entire investment. In ones like China and India with stable governments, those corporations are helping those countries overcome massive unemployment (a billion people will do that to you I Guess) and crawl out of communist run economies (even if it brings a large trade deficit to us), to more market driven societies. However, very few corporations invest in the 3rd world in Africa or the Powder Keg etcetera, it is simply too risky for them, because government might just decide to take over their investments without paying for them. Or rebels might just blow it up. Exceptions might be Diamond Traders and a few others, in which case they only amplify tensions that already exist over precious resources.

3rd world countries are crippled by those who want. removing those imperialistic corporations are going to put up a fight. Yet the news never shows anything about those corporations ways of treating their employees. The 2 cents a day pay, the horrible conditions, and much more. one of the biggest is Wal-Mart. If you are interested in this subject, or just want to be shocked then search the internet for the wal-mart movie, its called the low price of something. Im sure you can find it in the internet.

i think yes and no... it would def. stunt their development, but it might also be nice for people to live a happier live doing the agriculture type stuff they did before?? but this probably wouldnt' happen because the world is so capitalist and going with the liberal economic theory, which is all about specialization and where people can make things the cheapest. just think about all the stuff that are sold in stores that are made over seas... i guess it'd good cause then those american corporations would create more jobs here (at least i think that's good) it's a good question, i don't know.

No. In just recent times, the company Delta Faucet moved to Mexico. Wal-Mart, Lowes, and Home Depot have stopped selling their products. Also, a Shock and Strut Company moved to Mexico. Auto Zone and O'Rielys Auto parts have stopped selling their products. Both due to a change in the products. Also, both companies were out of a small town in Oklahoma.

People I know who have relatives in those countries are actually grateful for the jobs some big corporations provide for those relatives.
