Why aren't more Americans willing to sacrifice anything to win this war on terror?

What would you like us to sacrifice. We have lose the freedom of speech and privacy. Our tax dollars are spent on foolish research included as pork in war spending bills. Gas prices are too high. But above everything else, we, the people (remember the constitution) have totally lost control over our government, and we no longer trust some of the people in office.

I don't thing that the current desire to end the war has anything to do with spending or sacrifice, but a overall view that this so called war is not one that we can win, and if we could, it needs to take on a different direction.

You want to win the war on terror? Then stop supporting the news media, the one free group that truly terrorizes America. They feed on the insanity of viewers!

Why should i have to sacrifice anything, the could have killed Oshama long before 9-11 and they did nothing they had him in a snipers cross hairs and did nothing,,, my friend goes over there to fight, they refuse to give his entire group ammo when they landed , if it wasn't for a buddy of his that had stowed away a few live clips then they all would be dead now because they were ambushed, If we were actually fighting id sacrifice hell if it was even about keeping gas cheap id sacrifice , but it is about greed and i will not sacrifice for the gain of another . our government is out of control and i will support "the united States" by voting in ALL NEW PEOPLE in ALL upcoming elections, not that that will work they are almost all crooked

I think it is because they really do not care about it. They are happy to sit in their homes and pretend that it does/could/will not effect them.
