All citizens have a voice and are respected by Hillary. She would sit and listen intently to each and every one of us. Passing a law that would restrict the rights of any American would never fly with Hillary.

Can we learn how to spell thEIr? Okay, now that we've cleared that up, do we know whose job it is to legislate? Stay with me, now, I know it is a difficult idea for Liberals to grasp, but that job belongs to the legislature. And Hillary is already there!

So she can sit right where she is and pass that law, if she's feeling spunky enough!
