I think is beautiful!!
Means "from Lydia" in Greek. Lydia was a region on the west coast of Asia Minor. In the New Testament this is the name of a woman converted to Christianity by Saint Paul.

I love that name. I think some of the older names are coming back like Grace, Sophia, Nora, Ellie, Evelyn, Lillian.
I think Lydia Grace sounds very cute!

There are thousands of male names in the Bible but only a hundred or so girl names. Lydia is one of the few acceptable ones in my opinion. I am with you, I think it is lovely.

I really like Lydia! I have been seeing it pop up more on baby boards, so it might be a name to watch out for popularity wise.

Lovely name.
BONUS: It actually contains a genuine Y - not like all the superfluous Y's that parents use these days when they try to make up unusual spellings......
