No I don't. If they think they should to be able to stand there and have people give them money, they can think again, as far as I'm concerned. Nobody ever handed me money for doing nothing and I've never asked them to.

No. Most cities, especially the larger ones, have plenty of places that distribute food or feed during the day. Giving cash is not wise in my opinion. Besides that a lot of it is a scam.
I knew a guy in Cleveland Ohio that made enough panhandling to get an apartment and support a $50.00 a day heroin habit.
We shouldn't have to contribute to others bad habits, what ever they are.

No. Those ppl make more money than you do by doing that.
A tv news crew at my town watched one regular fellow with a sign without him knowing it. When he left for the day, he walked to a nice car and drove away. The news crew followed him to his home....a very nice house. After he went in, the news crew went up to the house and knocked on his door hoping to interview him. When he answered the door and saw what was going on, he slamed the door.

yes, most times I do. And the reason why is because I have been really blessed with a lot in life...as such, I should share what i have with others. what that person does with the money is up to them.

Only when they have signs of life. And communication and looking like they are really really sad. I makes me sad sometimes how lonely it must be for them, even if they put themselves there.
