No, but it would be very interesting to see what "the boss" George Steinbrenner would do in the situation where the Yankees if it got to the point where the Yankees where all but mathmatically eliminated from the playoffs.

No, let's hope to God that neither the Red Sox OR the Yankees make it to the playoffs. I am SICK of the Media covering these teams and forgetting about the West Coast. Here's to the World Series being between 2 west coast teams. How bout these:
Angels vs Padres
A's vs D-backs, etc, etc

No, but it would put a smile to my face along with all the other fans who despise/hate/dislike the Yankees. Because they haven't made it to the World Series in 6 years. So much for spending all your money on the best players, George. Money doesn't buy championships!
