Interestingly enough, it was indeed "shot down" by military jets in the first release of the Loosechange "documentary" - but was later revised and said to have landed at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and was even seen later back in service!

These versions were later "edited" so that quotes from Wally Miller, the coroner at the scene, could be taken out of context and claim that he found no bodies at the scene - and left at that - when the fact is, in the weeks following, he identified at least a dozen passengers, mostly by dental records.

Yes, of course it was, there were people who witnessed the white fighter jet that shot it down, and there are tons of interviews, the 9/11 commision didn't interview any of the people whose evidence would clearly support a shoot down...what can you do...the American people were offered such a sweet and comforting story about heroes that was just not true. The people do not want to know the truth, and the shoot down of 93 is just the start of it...follow the links and be enlightened:

Thanks for letting us know that not being sure that for the first time in nearly all of history that a plane is dived into a major building rather than being simply hijacked, you would still kill all the people on the planes, or when they were as close to New York City as they were you would fire into the city and other populated areas trying to hit it and crash it.

Take a minute and imagine what would have happened if they had with no idea what was planned. What a fiasco that would have been with debris raining down on the city, or the knowledge that we killed a bunch of people on the OFF-chance they might hit a building (the hijackers didn't advertise they were going to hit one).

Again, silliness by people trying to second-guess after the fact without all the facts.

Just leave it alone. You have no clue how deeply you offend the memory of those innocent people lost. That plane was destined for the capitol. If it weren't for the bravery of those on the plane, it would of been the unpleasant duty of those fighter pilots to shoot the plane down.
