Are you willing to live with the consequences? Are you going to whine when they try to kill you and most of the population helps?
We're kind of tired of would-be rebels who talk sedition, but add nothing to our country, The United States, but perhaps in your country a rebellion is needed. You may be subjects of an Islamic dictatorship, or a socialist controlled nation.
My sympathies and support in that particular case.

1) Our forefathers have written that it is your duty.
2) Todays fascist controlling government says it's a federal offense.
3) Your government controls you at every level.
4) Be a good slave labor drone, go to work, don't buck fascism, eat the GM food, purchase the oil and pay the slumlords and Jew bankers. The ruling elite Illuminati demand it!!!

To the best of my understanding, you can't be convicted of conspiracy to commit a crime without at least one overt act in furtherance.
Still, if it's conspiracy to commit treason, and given the current disposition of our law enforcement agencies, I wouldn't chance it.

We have a right form militias and to change our government if we see fit. I would love to be part of a new revolution, and change our corrupt government, they all suck, and should pay for their deeds.

You would still be guilty of conspiracy even if you didn't do the act.
