If stuff is coming out of the tub/shower and toilet, it's your main line clogged.....If you are handy you can rent a snake at your local equipment rental or Home Depot ( not all Home Depot have a rental center) they can show you how to use it, don't forget the different types of heads for the snake. You also may have roots blocking your line, ask them which head for roots. You can go through the clean-out or you can pull the toilet if you don't have a clean-out. But if your not handy call a plumber, be ready to pay anywhere from $75-$150 a hr.

Good Luck...........

Before you pull a toilet, look outside for a clean out. It is a pipe that sticks up out of the ground, and is usually within 4-5 feet of the house, and most times it is in the flower bed. If you have a clean out, this is where you access the main drain. If you remove the cap, and there is standing water, insert a sewer snake into this outlet, and when you hit the obstruction, the water will drain away. If there is no water in the clean out, your stoppage is under the slab, then you will need to pull the toilet, and snake from there. I hope I cleared that up!

a snake would be your best option. pull the toilet up and run the snake through there. from what you describe you have a good sized blockage and as the other answer stated, if you have a septic tank, make sure it isn't full. Another option is called a drain king, it's a rubber bladder that attaches to a garden hose. You stick it into the drain line and turn the water on and it swells up, blocks off the pipe and uses a jet of water to (maybe) clear the blockage.
