i need a really good agent that really can get me started on auditioning for movies or something

I would suggest buying a Ross Reports. It is a magazine like book the lists names of agents and agencies and what they specialize in. You can also join Backstage.com which lists auditions all over the country and has the ross reports as well for a yearly or monthly fee.

Agents often go to the theatre to see new talent. If you are performing in a play, send a note to the agent and invite them to the production.
Don't be disappointed if the agent does NOT see you as being "right" for movies. The Agent is the professional and will determine "where in the industry, if anywhere, you "fit into it."
