The answer is Brazil. I learned this in my Latin American Studies class. Something like 10% of the population earns 40% of the income.

Over 80% of the wealth in the U.S. is controlled by less than 12% of the population. I don't know if we are the highest but there is great inequity.

All of these countries have Billionaires! But most of their people live in true poverty.
