Even if it's plugged in directly to the AC power. I even have a port for it to keep it cool but just now it totally shut down on me while i'm in the middle of something.

i used to have the same problem! just check and make sure that u havent told it to hibernate! from memory its in controll pannel and under power. just check the settings

It could be pregnant and need to rest now and then. Soon you may have a bunch of Palm Pilots running around.
But, it sound as if it overheating the processor and shut down. Make sure your Fan vent not blocked and you can hear the fan running.

it is set on a timer shutdown.. some do a diff mode like a sleep mode or even a standby others just shut off... that or your infected with a virus or osmethin maybe adware and stuff.. check out www.j4ys-realm.com for programs to check it

UM throw in a mentos and make the many of the misery!! ;) Sorry im no longer lots help - all of it sounds slightly disastarous. purely ingredient i might desire to think of of is drying it out rapidly ie hair dryer - cant harm!!
