I think I can figure it backwards for you. From Horseheads, NY on Route.17 / 86. Jamestown is 3 hrs. away to the west. It takes me 3 hours to travel from Horseheads to Mechanicsberg, PA. Figure how long it takes you to catch route 81 in VA. to 15 in PA. on up to Mechanicsburg, PA.
