He can't. He wasn't born in the US. A President has to be a native born American. The Constitution would have to be amended for Arnold to become President. And he isn't nearly popular enough to have the Constitution changed for him.

Not without a Constitutional Amendment.

If that doesn't make sense, read the Constitution. It says something like "no one named Arnold can ever be President". No, wait....it says you have to be born a citizen.

He certainly has the charisma to become president but there would be need to be a Constitutional Amendment to allow foreign born citizens to run for president. There is a move pass such an Amendment but it doesn't seem to have enough support ...yet.

Not likely, or at least it is not likely that he will become President of the U.S.A. He might become President of a Golf Club, a Kennel Club, or a Fraternity, but it is not likely that he will ever become President of the US.

Are you talking about the pig (Green Acres) or the governor in California? For the second one, never, since he wasn't born in the US, he is not eligible to become president.

constitution says you need to be born in the U.S. to be president. Even if you are a citizen, if you were born somewhere else you CAN'T be president.
