Question for real estate experienced people...?

I would like to purchase new condo, but the builders won't except contingent offers. I do have an offer on my place and will close within days of the new place's desired close date.

What can I do to change their minds?

I can't tell if you would close on your new condo first, and then close on your sale a few days later? If so, I can see where you might think this is a real problem.

Probably not much. If they have more potential buyers without contingents in the contract you have a very small chance.
