I am hoping to God it is either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama. This country cannot stand another four years of Republican rule.

Hilary, because we need something different to see if she can make a deference, where the men haven't. A woman to be the first to be the one! The possibilities are limitless, I and all women should stand behind her.For all the women of this United States ,are we not ( we the people)? The men have done there worst isn't it time for women now?For all those women out their, stand away from your male influence in your life and make the vote for woman, isn't it time.

You seem to be tense challenged. You asked the question in the present tense, but it is a question about the future.
You should have asked the question in some category assigned to clairvoyants or seers.
There may never be another President of the US. It could be Dick Cheney, or Nancy Pelosi, or Hussein Obama, or Tom Tancredo.
If you want to know who we think will be the next President, you should ask that question.

Well, given that the Democrats appear to be choosing between Obama and Hillary, I can probably narrow it down to the next president being a Republican.
Imagine the party that picked the worst possible candidate in 2000 and 2004 going out of their way to top themselves in 2008. It's like they just WANT to lose.

With the candidates, who couldn't tell the truth if it got in bed with them, I would say I will vote for SPONGE BOB, for president. He would do alot better job than most of us are used too.

Either former House Speaker Newt Gingrich or former Senator Fred Thompson. In addition, either one could run as Vice President on a ticket headed by the other.
