I work in the sports industry, behind the scenes. I organise and run events (Usually 100-400ppl), liase with over 700 members, database manage, strategic plan, and general admin duties such as invoicing, ordering, customer enquiries, stakeholder liasion etc....what should I be paid for full time work (Including some weekend matches) by Australian standards??

Bec, you are in the wrong place. This is Yahoo!A in the U.S.; however, since the job seems to be in Australia, you need to visit their site. Look at the bottom of this page and click on the Australian flag (first row, second flag). Good luck with your job and may they pay you appropriately. Don't sell yourself short! MsB.

I would go onto the Australian Yahoo Answers, not the US.
