I found a sprint phone and is now disconnected! so how can i get free calls from the phone!? how do i get the "free minutes"

Sorry that would be illegal. The person who the phone belongs too probably realizes that he or she lost it and called Sprint to deactivate that phone and report it as lost.
My educated guess is that phone ESN number on the back of the phone has been reported as lost and so that phone could never be again activated without the owner's conscent. Sprint activates their phones by the ESN number of each phone for each customer.

thats horrible. why dont you get your own phone instead of free loading off someone else.
