The fix a flat is a liquid that will harden into a ball and roll around inside the tire causing a balance problem, you need to see a tire shop and have it removed.
First of all let them know that you added fix a flat because it is very FLAMEABLE!. if a spark occurs while removing the tire it could cause a serious injury.
this should take care of your problem if it did'nt exist prior to this.
Good luck.

Your wheel is out of balance. That fix a flat crap is only good in an emergency situation, ie in the middle of nowhere. You will need to replace the tire and clean off the rim.

Fix a flat is a temporary fix only to get you home or somewhere you can have the tyre fixed properly. You most definitely shouldn't be doing 80 let alone 50 with a temp repaired tyre.
